An hour ago, Level-5 released the very first direct-footage trailer for Inazuma Eleven Ares in Japan.
A very important detail that we did not mention was spotted by ResetERA user Miller. At the end of the trailer is a Nintendo Switch Online logo, informing users that they need to be a Switch Online subscriber in order to play online in Inazuma Eleven Ares.
This is our very first confirmation that Inazuma Eleven Ares will support online multiplayer on Nintendo Switch. Unfortunately that’s all we know so far. We’ll keep you updated once more details come in.
