LEVEL-5 has released a new trailer for the long in-development Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road.
The “Newly Evolved Systems” trailer details some of the new systems that have been implemented for the latest entry of Level-5’s soccer simulation series, including the following:
- Focus: Midfield maneuvers heating up.
- Scramble: Battle for ball possession.
- Quick Action: Activate special actions during specific plays.
- Freestyle: You can play how you want! TV Mode, horizontal and vertical handheld modes are all fully supported. Even play with touchscreen controls.
- Tension Gauge: Manage tension to use skills when you need them.
- Team Building: There are skills that can affect the entire team.
- In the Zone: Don’t lose your cool with split-second decisions at the goal.

In addition, it was also confirmed that the game will receive its third official trailer on September 16th 2023, and will also be playable at the Tokyo Game Show from September 21st to 24th at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan.
Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road is planned to launch sometime later this year for Switch.
