Yaza Games has officially confirmed that hand-drawn medieval game Inkulinati is coming to Nintendo Switch.
This was confirmed after Inkulinati’s Kickstarter campaign successfully raised USD60,000 in its first 72 hours.
Trailers and details:
Inkulinati, a turn-based strategy in which hand-drawn animals and creatures battle on pages of a medieval manuscript, has raised its Nintendo Switch Kickstarter stretch goal, confirming that it is coming to the latest Nintendo console, along with an additional playable unit – the Dragon.
Inkulinati has raised its 100% funding goal within the first 72 hours, and overall, the Kickstarter campaign has raised nearly $60,000 US, which is just under 300% of its asking sum. The Kickstarter still has around 2 days left before it ends. Further stretch goals are announced, such as the Unexpected Inquisition goal that features new gameplay mechanics with burning stakes, Welcome to Inferno goal with new hell-themed maps, and new units such as boars playing instruments and a cat-snail, which is exactly what it sounds like.
Inkulinati is already in a playable state, and the Polish studio aims for a PC release in Spring 2021, with Nintendo Switch to follow.
