In the next Splatfest for the Japanese region, players are asked to choose between New Styles and Popular Styles. This Splatfest is sponsored by Nike, and it’s yet another Japanese Splatfest in Splatoon 2 to have a major corporate sponsor.
The above Tweet asks players to choose between “the latest model that no one has yet, and the popular model loved by everyone.” In addition, brand-new shoes are available in the SplatNet companion app (located within the Nintendo Switch app). The first style is pictured below.
