Japan: New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe Sold About 60% Of Its Launch Shipment

Dengeki Online has published their sales data for New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe’s performance in Japan during its first week at launch.

According to Dengeki, New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe sold 178,512 copies on its first week and it roughly sold 60% of its launch shipment. A 60% sell-through rate sounds pretty healthy for a first party release. Back when New Super Mario Bros. U launched in 2012, its sell-through rate was around 50%.
