Japanese fans have brought up a tweet that Pokemon director Junichi Masuda posted in March 2019.
The tweet featured Masuda brushing his teeth in front of his iPhone, which many at that time didn’t thought much about. However, some commentators in 2019 pointed out that Masuda could be foreshadowing something with his tweet.
With the reveal of Pokemon Smile, a free app that encourages children to brush their teeth, Japanese Pokemon fans are claiming that the tweet made last year was foreshadowing Pokemon Smile.
