The SEGA Mega Drive Fighting Pad 6B controller for Nintendo Switch features a design exclusive to Japan, whereas the Nintendo 64 controller has Japanese packaging. Both controllers come with a USB charging cable, and you can use them to play SEGA Mega Drive/SEGA Genesis and Nintendo 64 games respectively on Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack.
