Nintendo’s latest Kirby game, Kirby Star Allies on the Nintendo Switch is the franchise’s fastest selling game in the United States, boasting the strongest debut month of any Kirby game ever made. Not just that, it crushed the previous record-holding game Kirby game, Kirby Nightmare in Dreamland.
According to figures by NPD Group, Kirby Star Allies’ first month outsold 2002’s Kirby Nightmare in Dreamland’s first month by over 90%.
Although critics are mixed on the game, it seems like Kirby fans are not hesitating to jump on to our little pink hero’s latest adventure.
