Kirby’s Extra Epic Yarn Sold 10,000 Copies In Japan Last Week

Media Create has published the latest video game sales data for March 4 to March 10, 2019 in Japan.

According to the latest charts, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate was the No. 2 bestselling title in Japan. The game sold 23,407 copies last week. Coming close is New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe at No. 3, with 20,101 copies sold.

Kirby’s Extra Epic Yarn debuted on Nintendo 3DS at No. 6. The game only moved 10,607 units. Not a very good start, given that Kirby is a huge IP there.

Nintendo Switch hardware sales were 69,766 units last week, or about 62.9% market share of all hardware.
