Besides Keroppi, Nintendo and Sanrio have illustrated Sanrio character Kirimi Chan as a boss in Splatoon 2’s “Kirimi Chan Run”.

As you can probably tell, Kirimi Chan is inspired by a Salmon fillet, so it’d be fitting for it to appear in Salmon Run. Unfortunately, it’s just a piece of artwork as Nintendo has no intentions to put Kirimi Chan in the game.
