Latest Corocoro Ichiban Issue Continues To Keep Zacian And Zamazenta’s Types And Abilities A Secret

This week, the latest issue of Corocoro Ichiban launched in Japan – with a special oversized poster featuring the new Pokemon of Pokemon Sword/Shield. If you’ve been waiting to learn any new details at all, however, you’ll probably need to level your expectations.

To the disappointment of many readers in Japan, the poster still conceals pretty much every detail about the game’s legendary Pokemon Zacian and Zamazenta. While every other Pokemon on the poster has their Pokemon type, dimensions, ability, and more listed – the two wolf-like beasts only have mysterious question marks (“???”) blotting out every field. As of this point, we haven’t even learned about their weight!

For comparison, Alola’s Solgaleo and Lunala had their types and abilities revealed as early as 5 months before Pokemon Sun/Moon launched in November 2016. Likewise, Xerneas and Yveltal’s types were detailed as early as 3 months before Pokemon X/Y launched in 2013. With less than a month before Pokemon Sword/Shield launch, it looks like The Pokemon Company really wants to keep Zacian and Zamazenta totally under wraps!

What types and abilities do you think Zacian and Zamazenta have? Feel free to throw out your guesses below!
