The Pokemon Company has announced a distribution for Shiny Zacian and Shiny Zamazenta in Japan to commemorate the release of Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.
The news comes shortly after a similar event was confirmed for South Korea. In Japan, players who visit certain video game stores and show their off their Switch Home Menu with Pokemon Sword or Shield will receive a code that redeems a Shiny Zamazenta in Pokemon Sword and a Shiny Zacian in Pokemon Shield. The distribution is due to begin on October 22nd.
At the time of this writing, it is not known whether this event will eventually make its way to other countries. We will be sure to report back with more details as they come.
