The Pokemon Company has announced the release date for the next playable Pokemon coming to Pokemon Unite.

The Eon Pokemon Latias will be joining the roster on August 8th 2025, a few weeks after Latios earlier this month. Both Pokemon have a special mechanic that allows them to quickly teleport to each other in a pinch, making for some unique strategies in battle. There will also be a new game mode called Electrode Volleyball added to the game.
