Nintendo has submitted a new version of the left Joy-Con to the FCC for approval.
The new version of the left Joy-Con has stronger Bluetooth signal than the old version. When Nintendo Switch first launched in March 2017, many customers complained about their left Joy-Con having weak wireless range and poor signal strength.
Once approval from the FCC has been granted, future Joy-Con manufactured at the production lines should no longer have the same issue as the old Joy-Con.
