Some new reports have surfaced detailing more of the cast for The Legend Of Zelda live-action movie.
According to Deadline, the franchise’s main villain Ganondorf is set to be played by Australian actor Uli Latukefu. Latukefu appears to be relatively low-key as an actor, getting his start in Alien: Covenant and playing Dwayne Johnson in Young Rock. His co-stars Bo Bragason (Zelda), and Benjamin Evan Ainsworth (Link) are similarly unknown.
Aside from this, Deadline also claimed that the late Sam Neill will also appear in the film, marking one of his final roles before he passed away on July 13th, 2026. The Handmaid’s Tale‘s Yvonne Strahovski will also appear in a “queen-like” role, while Severance‘s Dichen Lachman will reportedly play Impa.
At the time of this writing, Nintendo and filmmaker Sony have yet to share any additional significant details about the film, which is set to premier on April 30th 2027. Stay tuned for more updates as they come.
