Limited Run Games’ Next Switch Physical Release Is Dragon’s Lair Trilogy, Collection’s Edition Revealed

After an earlier leak, Limited Run Games has finally confirmed that Dragon’s Lair Trilogy will be their next physical release!

Pre-orders for the classic arcade collection will go live on Limited Run Games’ website on 24 May 2019 (10 am ET / 7 am PT). The publisher also unveiled a beautiful collector’s edition bundle for $79.99 USD that should include the following extras:

  • Switch Limited Run #35: Dragon’s Lair Trilogy sealed in a standard Nintendo Switch case with interior art and full-color manual
  • 18″ X 24″ Poster
  • 3 art lithographs
  • Dirk the Daring Enamel Pin
  • Arcade cabinet papercraft
  • Custom laser disc style box – with built-in sound chip

As always, the standard edition of the game will be an open pre-order for two weeks. Meanwhile, Limited Run Games did not specify how many copies of the Collector’s Edition would be available. We’ll report back if we hear more.
