During an interview with JPSwitchMania, Limited Run Games co-founder Douglas Bogart gives an info tidbit regarding the publisher’s first and only Wii U release.
Months ago, LRG founder Josh Fairhurst revealed their plan to bring out their only Wii U release to the masses. Unfortunately, the company wasn’t able to reveal even a spec of detail about the game until the lawsuit against the game’s publisher has been resolved.
Today, when asked about an update on the said game, Bogart has this to say:
J: Any updates to the long rumored Wii U game?
B: Should have some information soon!
It’s good news that we at least had some reassurance that the company hasn’t cancelled the project yet. However, if you’re wondering whether LRG plans to bring any Wii digital title, Bogart simply says:
We are looking into PS3 and Wii U, nothing for Wii at this time though!
Finally, Bogart revealed that the company has something to share to Switch users coming in March “that is the bomb!”
