Limited-Time Mass Outbreak Events Coming To Pokemon Scarlet/Violet From September 28th 2023 Onwards

The Pokemon Company has announced a new feature that will be added to Pokemon Scarlet And Violet in September.

Following the release of The Teal Mask DLC, Limited-Time Mass Outbreak Events will be run for the game. During these events, specific Pokemon will be more likely to appear in Mass Outbreaks.

The first of these events will be run from September 28th 2023 till October 1st 2023, and will feature the Fairy Pokemon Clefairy. Clefairy cannot normally be found in the base Paldea Region of Pokemon Scarlet And Violet, and this will be an opportunity for players who did not purchase the DLC to get their hands on one.

While you can encounter Clefairy during your adventures in Kitakami, the setting for The Teal Mask, you normally can’t find Clefairy in the Paldea region. During this event, however, you may find mass outbreaks of Clefairy there!

It seems that in these special mass outbreaks, you’ll be more likely than usual to encounter Clefairy with the Upbeat Mark. They must be in high spirits from basking in the moonlight! Make your way around Kitakami and the Paldea region, and catch lots of Clefairy!

Stay tuned for more updates as they come.
