During today’s Nintendo Treehouse Live at E3 2019, Nintendo announced that Luigi’s Mansion 3 will support voice chat on Nintendo Switch.
Voice chat is supported for online multiplayer via the Nintendo Switch Online app on smartphones, so this is similar to how voice chat works for Nintendo games like Splatoon 2 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
