Marvel’s Midnight Suns Is “No Longer Planned” For Nintendo Switch

Following a delay for Nintendo Switch, it appears that Marvel’s Midnight Suns has been completely cancelled for the hybrid system.

In a recent news update for the game, publisher 2K and developer Firaxis Games have publicly announced that the “Nintendo Switch version of Marvel’s Midnight Suns is no longer planned“. No further explanation was shared for why development of the game’s Switch port was dropped.

Previously, developer Firaxis Games had announced a delay for the game’s Xbox One, PS4, and Switch ports to an “unspecified date” to ensure “the best possible experience for fans”. While the game will finally arrive for Xbox One and PS4 on 11 May 2023, it looks like a workable Switch version ultimately slipped out of the developer’s grasp.
