Japanese users have pointed out an interesting observation about the Alola League audience in a recent episode of the Pokemon Sun & Moon anime.
According to these observant users, the audience at the championship aren’t simply generic people. Some members of the audience are actually NPC trainers from the Pokemon 3DS games.
