McDonald’s Chile has announced a round of Happy Meal toys based on the upcoming Super Mario Bros. Movie.
The first set of toys appear to be a set of paper display cutouts featuring the film’s main cast, and can be seen in an official commercial released by McDonald’s Chile. The commercial itself features an impressive animation of Mario jumping through the film’s rendition of the Mushroom Kingdom, and can be viewed below via Youtuber LETS-A-GO 64:
The next set of toys can be found on the official website for McDonald’s Chile, and are more traditional plastic figures featuring a similar lineup of characters. Notably, this set features a Luma character named Lumalee, possibly hinting at some Super Mario Galaxy content being included in the film. This lineup of toys also matches some previously leaked images from other countries, suggesting that this lineup will be common across international McDonald’s branches.
