Mcdonald’s Japan has announced a Happy Meal collaboration with The Pokemon Company for February 2024.
The collaboration will start on February 9th 2024, and will comprise two different types of toys. The first are a set of tags for the Japan exclusive arcade game Pokemon Mezastar. Players can insert these tags into the arcade machine to summon Pokemon to battle. There will be six tags available for the Happy Meal tie-in, including ones for Terastalized Koraidon, Terastalized Miraidon, and more.
The second set of goods are titled “Pokemon Peaceful Place”, and consists of a series of activity books featuring chibi renditions of Pikachu, Pichu, and other popular Pokemon. As with the Mezastar tags, six different activity books will be available for the collab.
