It’s been less than 2 days since pre-orders for the Mega Man 11 Collector’s Edition kicked off in Japan.
Amazon Japan, one of the few major retailers who started taking orders for the Mega Man 11 Collector’s Edition, seems to have ran out of their allocation. The Collector’s Edition alone, Collector’s Edition with Amazon Japan pre-order bonus, and even the Collector’s Edition bundled with a Nintendo Switch have fully sold out in less than 2 days.
The popularity of the Mega Man 11 Collector’s Edition can be attributed to the exclusive Mega Man 11 amiibo that isn’t sold separately. Capcom has not announced any plans to sell the amiibo outside the Collector’s Edition.
