Konami has announced Momotaro Dentetsu: Showa Heisei Reiwa mo Teiban!, a successful party board game that sold over 4 million copies on Nintendo Switch, will be released in English via an all-new Asia Edition on December 12, 2024.
Two new SKUs will be released – Momotaro Dentetsu: Showa Heisei Reiwa mo Teiban! Asia Edition will support English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese, while Momotaro Dentetsu: Showa Heisei Reiwa mo Teiban! Korea Edition will support Korean. The Japanese Edition, released in November 2020, will not support these languages. Please note that online play and save data are not cross-compatible between the Asia Edition, Korea Edition, and Japanese Edition.
Both the Asia Edition and Korea Edition will feature an exclusive Special SL Train called “Momotetsu Dragon SL”, which cannot be used or unlocked in the Japanese Edition.
At the time of reporting, Konami has no plans to release the game physically in North America and Europe.
