Monolith Soft, the studio behind the award winning open world series Xenoblade Chronicles and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, continues to hire more employees in Japan.
As of January 2019, Monolith Soft has 193 employees. Out of the 193, 45 are women and 147 are men.
A simple comparison with employee stats from November 2018 shows the number of employees has increased by 9, and the percentage of women working at Monolith Soft slightly went up from 23.4% to 23.8%.
This shows Monolith Soft is expanding rapidly as they continue to work on more ambitious projects, which will probably be revealed in the next few years. By February, the headcount at Monolith Soft could exceed 200 for the very first time.
