Monolith Soft Has Started An Urgent Recruitment Drive For Programmers, Designers, And More

It looks like Xenoblade Chronicles 2 developer Monolith Soft is looking to expand even more than before.

The studio is now holding an ‘Urgent Recruitment Drive’ to bring in even more staff under its ranks, via a new website. The list of job openings there is pretty huge as well – ranging from programmers, 3D rigging artists, character designers, and more!

Along with those listings are also examples of the studio’s past work for the Xenoblade Chronicles series. Here are some examples.

It definitely looks like Monolith Soft is preparing to go full-steam ahead with some kind of project – one that seemingly requires a team that can handle a game on the scale of the Xenoblade Chronicles series!

We’ll report back as Monolith Soft’s next project develops further. Stay tuned.
