It appears Monster Hunter XX for Nintendo Switch will be playable at Japan Expo, which is taking place in France tomorrow.
This blurry photo taken by Twitter user @NoruDarts shows a Nintendo Switch play area set up at Japan Expo. Although the quality of the photo isn’t that great, you can spot a logo of Monster Hunter XX for Nintendo Switch, along with a TV monitor just below it showing the same logo.
It’s unclear whether the game will be playable in Japanese or French. In any case, it will be interesting to see what happens tomorrow.
So, what does this mean for the localization of Monster Hunter XX for Nintendo Switch? No one knows for sure, as Capcom previously said they didn’t have any plans to bring it to the west. We’ll be keeping a close watch at Japan Expo just in case a surprise announcement happens.
