Super Smash Bros. fans have spotted something concerning about Mr. Game & Watch’s new Forward Smash in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
In the old Game & Watch title Fire Attack, players had to defend their fort from angry Native Americans trying to take it down. Although Fire Attack was previously referenced in Mr. Game & Watch’s Forward Smash, Nintendo has made its animations much closer to the original art in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, so it’s way more offensive than ever.
Both Native Americans and other gamers are now demanding Nintendo to amend the animations. Hopefully Nintendo will respond to this very soon.
