Media Create has published the latest sales charts for the Japanese market for the period of February 18 to February 24, 2019.
Last week, New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe continued to sell strongly as it was the No. 2 bestselling game in Japan. The game moved 23,235 copies and has now sold 455,006 in its lifetime at retail. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate performed well too, having sold 22,430 units last week.
Now it’s time to look at the latest releases. Girls und Panzer: Dream Tank Match DX and Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy debuted on Switch last week at No. 13 and No. 18 respectively. The games sold 7651 and 4419 copies respectively. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy sold best on Switch, as the PS4 version debuted No. 19 with 3783 copies sold.
Last but not least, Nintendo Switch hardware moved 53,270 systems last week, securing 67.4% of all hardware sales.
