Nintendo Doesn’t See The Switch Lite As a Replacement To The 3DS

After Nintendo revealed the Switch Lite, many fans assumed that this would finally be the replacement to the 3DS with that console being out for over 8 years.

It seems that we now have a confirmation from an interview with Doug Bowser where he was asked if the Switch Lite will be a replacement to the 3DS.

Check out what he said below:

“We’ll continue to support our 3DS family of systems as long as there is demand.”

Although his answer was quite vague, it seems that Nintendo still believes that the Switch and the 3DS can still co-exist together even if they are both handhelds.
