A new button on the Nintendo Switch 2, called the C button, opens up GameChat which lets you chat and stream games with up to three other online friends. But what happens when you press the button when you’re offline?
Unfortunately, Nintendo’s Takuhiro Dohta declined to answer that question during an interview with GameSpot, saying he can’t share what exactly happens or pops out, but he assured everyone that “nothing bad is going to happen”. So it looks like we’ll only find out what happens after the system launches on June 5, 2025.
