Nintendo has announced they will be officially launching the Nintendo eshop and Switch Online services in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.
From November 18th 2025, players in the aforementioned countries will have access to an official Nintendo eshop and the ability to subscribe to the Nintendo Switch Online service. Previously, players living in these regions would have to use the North American or European region to get access to these services.
Nintendo has also confirmed that they are working to launch the service in the Philippines, presumably as part of their ongoing expansion in Southeast Asia. Stay tuned for more updates as they come.
