My Nintendo Europe’s Game Card Registration Lasts Longer Than Other Regions

Did you know the window to register Game Cards for My Nintendo points is longer in Europe?

In Europe, customers can register their Game Card for My Nintendo points within 2 years of the game’s release date. This isn’t the case in North America and Japan, as users must register their Game Cards within 1 year starting from the game’s launch date.

No one knows why Europe is getting special treatment over North America and Japan, but if you ain’t living in Europe, you may want to register any launch titles you have before March 3 to earn My Nintendo points.
