Nintendo Of Japan Files Trademarks For Super Mario Galaxy & Metroid: Other M

It looks like Nintendo is once again sorting out its Intellectual Properties (IP).

The Japanese company has registered new trademarks for Super Mario Galaxy and Metroid: Other M. As with previous rounds, Nintendo grabbed these trademarks for the following purposes:

  • ‘video game program’
  • ‘downloadable video game program’
  • ‘program for smartphone’
