Nintendo Labo Trademarked In China

Nintendo Labo, the DIY cardboard sets that are releasing in April, have been granted trademarks in mainland China.

The trademark numbers are 29228208, 29228207, and 29228206 on February 9, 2018. Nintendo has previously registered trademarks for Pokemon GO in mainland China, so this is probably a measure to protect their intellectual property rather than a sign of entering the Chinese market (the company has an official presence in Taiwan and Hong Kong, though).
