Although the Nintendo Switch is officially getting released in mainland China, Nintendo has no plans to bring their smartphone apps to China at this time.
When an investor asked if Nintendo has any plans to release Mario Kart Tour in China, Nintendo President Shuntaro Furukawa said they could not comment anything about the smartphone business for China at this time. The company is still evaluating and considering whether it would be good to enter the market.
