A huge chunk of maintenance is coming up for Nintendo’s online infrastructure.
First: from October 22, 1 – 6 pm (Pacific Time), all network services on 3DS, Wii, and WiiU will be unavailable. This includes access to the eShop and Wii Shop Channel – so you will not be able to make digital purchases during this period. Apparently, Nintendo’s web store for digital games will also undergo maintenance.
Secondly, some Switch games will also be unable to access online features at the following hours (Pacific Time):
