During Nintendo’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders last week, shareholders were asked to vote for Nintendo’s board of directors.
Shuntaro Furukawa, who succeeded Tatsumi Kimishima last year, received his first score card from shareholders this week. He received an approval rating of 92.04%, higher than the 87% his predecessor received in his first year.
Legendary game creator Miyamoto saw an approval rating of 96.13%, while ex-Nintendo of Europe boss Satoru Shibata assumed his new position with an approval rating of 97.40%.
