A few weeks ago, Nintendo revealed that Joy-Cons in Japan will be getting their price slashed in November, and it looks like North America will be getting the same treatment too!
According to a tweet from Nintendo of America, the company will be permanently reducing the price of single Joy-Con controllers to $39.99 each. This price change will take effect from 9 November 2020 onward.
Although unconfirmed, it seems likely that Nintendo will eventually roll out this price cut to other regions as well. We’ll report back if we hear more in the future.
