The official My Nintendo Store website in Japan has announced that they have no plans to offer the Nintendo Switch 2 Pokemon LEGENDS Z-A set launching on October 16, 2025.
This means that it will not be possible to pre-order or purchase this set from My Nintendo Store Japan, even through a lottery. Customers have been advised to purchase the set from other brick-and-mortar and online retailers instead.
At the time of writing (August 8, 2025), My Nintendo Store Japan is offering three different Nintendo Switch 2 SKUs, namely the Nintendo Switch 2 console (Japanese-Language System), Nintendo Switch 2 Mario Kart World set (Japanese-Language System), and Nintendo Switch 2 Multi-Language system.
