As many of you know, Nintendo Switch Online, the paid subscription for Nintendo Switch’s online services, has been pushed back to September 2018.
During the Q&A session for investors, an investor asked has anything changed during the extended period of development, and how Nintendo intends to make the service popular. Nintendo President Tatsumi Kimishima said they are pouring more resources to the online service, as they are committed to making it a for-pay service.
Nintendo Switch architect Shinya Takahashi said the company already has some ideas on how to make the service appealing, and the next announcement will reveal what exactly those ideas are.
