Nintendo has finally announced the release date for the Nintendo Switch updated model with longer battery life in Japan.
The updated model will release on August 30, 2019, about four days from now. Japan is the last market to receive the updated models, as compared to Hong Kong and Taiwan which saw it release first on August 1.
The product codes and JAN codes for the new models are as follows:

Neon Blue/Neon Red: HAD-S-KABAA / 4902370542912
