If you’re visiting Japan at the end of this year, you may want to hop over to Shibuya for the true Nintendo experience!
Parco has confirmed that its Shibuya PARCO mall will be opening on 22 November 2019 – along with the flagship Nintendo Tokyo store operating on the 6th floor! As previously reported, the store will be operating right next to Pokemon Center Shibuya, as well as a Capcom Store!
This news comes courtesy of Wall Street Journal reporter Takahashi Mochizuki, whom provided a translation directly from Parco:
For now, Nintendo has not revealed what specific products will be available at the store. However, we do roughly know that both videogame software and merch will be on store shelves, similar to its Nintendo NY counterpart in the US.
We’ll report back if and when Nintendo of Japan corrobates this info with further announcements. Stay tuned!
