Nintendo Wants To Think About The Feasibility Of Orchestras And Live Concerts

During Nintendo’s 85th annual general meeting of shareholders, a shareholder asked whether the company has any plans for live concerts, as the Nintendo Music app has given customers exposure to music from Nintendo IPs.

Nintendo president Shuntaro Furukawa said that Nintendo Music is one of the company’s strategies to help Nintendo IP reach more people and expand the population that is exposed to it. He wants it to be a way for people to relive their game experiences and perhaps return to playing the games that they had enjoyed.

Furukawa went on to say that the company will consider thinking about the feasibility of orchestras and live concerts in the future.
