Nintendo’s Former Headquarters To Be Revamped Into A Hotel Opening In 2021

Exciting news – Nintendo’s former headquarters, also known as the Yamauchi Nintendo headquarters in the days of Hanafuda cards, will be revamped into a hotel.

According to a notice outside the Yamauchi Nintendo headquarters dated January 6, 2020, the building will be revamped into a hotel with 20 rooms with a bar, gym, restaurant, and spa. Renovations will take place in the old building, and a new building will also be erected as well. The hotel project is being coined Kabuyama Project.

The hotel is expected to open in Summer 2021, so you wouldn’t have to wait too long before it opens. This is the same Nintendo headquarters many have tried sneaking into, and contains a lineup of Hanafuda cards and playing cards Nintendo manufactured over the centuries.

What do you think? Let us know in the comments.

Thanks, Brandon.
