To celebrate April Fools’ Day 2019, Nippon Ichi Software decided to make Murder Detective: Jack the Ripper safe for kids.
The publisher made a mock announcement today that the game would see an overhaul into ‘Chibi Detective: Jack the Ripper‘. Instead of all the wonderful visuals we’ve seen recently, players will have to endure cutesy chibi characters in their place.
Besides a fake announcement, Nippon Ichi Software even released a fake trailer and changed the game’s website completely for today. You can visit the fake website over here, and check out the fake trailer below.
