[UPDATE] Nook Miles Bug Discovered For Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Fix In The Works

[UPDATE]: As of the Version 1.5.1 update, this bug has been fixed. More details can be found here.

Nintendo has confirmed the existence of a new bug in Animal Crossing: New Horizons introduced by the Ver. 1.5.0. update.

As detailed on the company’s Japanese Twitter account, based on a rough translation, the bug causes certain titles obtained through Nook Miles achievements to not be available to put on players’ passports. Although a relatively minor issue, a fix for it is already in the works.

You can read the translation of their statement below:

As a bug that occurs in update data Ver.1.5.0, the phenomenon that “some titles acquired in” Tanuki Mileage “are not displayed in the passport” has been confirmed.
We are currently fixing bugs and will deliver them as soon as the fix data is available. We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your cooperation.

Nintendo has also confirmed that they corrected a glitch that allowed players to purchase posters of villagers that they did not invite to Harv’s Island for photoshoots. An explanation of this can be found on Nintendo’s Japanese site for Animal Crossing: New Horizons updates here.
