Nyko Announces Dpad Case For Switch, Launches Spring 2019

Nintendo fans will soon have a simpler option to add a working D-pad to their Switch in handheld mode.

At CES 2019, Nyko announced its brand new Dpad Case for the Nintendo Switch. It will include several useful features – such as an optional part that acts as a D-pad, and more. It will be launching sometime in Spring 2019, for around $19.99 USD.

  • Ultra-thin case
  • Removable cover for the buttons of the left Joy-Con, to turn it into an actual D-Pad
  • D-Pad cover can be stored within the case itself
  • Joy-Con casings can store Nintendo Switch cartridges
  • Case can remain attached even when Switch is in docked mode
