Last year, Square Enix announced Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent, a mobile-based prequel to Octopath Traveler.
Today, the company has confirmed that they will be announcing the official Japanese release date for the title on September 18th. The presentation will also include more detailed information and a new trailer.
In the meantime, Square Enix has released a new song composed by Yasunori Nishiki on Youtube to commemorate the game reaching 500,000 pre-registrations. Give it a listen below:
